Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
You can watch the full video if you want, as it shows Super Saiyan God Goku versus his regular self and the muscle difference between them. I just wanted to show off that the previously mentioned Kamehameha (whether it is in the film or not, no idea) has a name. Though I don't know what it specifically is, it's something about a reborn Kamehameha that surpasses limits or boundaries or something. Herms, anyone? xD

Ahah, he's so scrawny, I want to give him a sandwich. Really cool stage by the way :D

Shit, Super Saiyan God Goku looks awesome in DBH!

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.
Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

That new Kamehameha looks pretty sweet. I'm interested in GT SS3 Vegeta and the elite avatar techniques, though. Do the player avatars have their own unique moves or something?
Oh, and Goku having the Kamehameha he used against Baby is pretty cool.

Vegeta's is a SS3 exclusive attack he's had for a while now, the Gyarik Blazer.Saiga wrote:That new Kamehameha looks pretty sweet. I'm interested in GT SS3 Vegeta and the elite avatar techniques, though. Do the player avatars have their own unique moves or something?
The avatars have the ability to unlock and use any other character's special attack in the game.
Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Cool, thanks. Is SS4 Goku's Kamehameha given a different name than Kamehameha x10? If not, do they have the red one in under the same name?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Vegeta's is a SS3 exclusive attack he's had for a while now, the Gyarik Blazer.Saiga wrote:That new Kamehameha looks pretty sweet. Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Goku cards that can reach SS4 have been given the Kamehameha, Super Kamehameha and 10x Kamehameha. The latter was the one used in the video. Seems kinda like they fused the two versions of the technique from the show together, as he fires it like he did first with Bebi, but the color is more purple than blue.Saiga wrote:Cool, thanks. Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Yeah, that's what I had expected. Dimps games usually have a fusion of the two, but normally the colour is completely red which makes me think they might have separated them.TheDevilsCorpse wrote: Goku cards that can reach SS4 have been given the Kamehameha, Super Kamehameha and 10x Kamehameha. But then, Heroes hasn't covered the arcs where the red Kamehameha has debuted, so maybe we'll get that version after all.

Oh my gosh, awesome. Since when was there a Super Saiyan God card?

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
That's the thing, there isn't as far as I'm aware. There are no cards with it used as the artwork (meaning the default form), and none of the transforming cards should allow for it either...unless I missed something.Ryuman wrote:Oh my gosh, awesome. Since when was there a Super Saiyan God card?

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Well, that's odd. Either we missed something or recent Gokuu cards have unwritten rules? Bah.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:That's the thing, there isn't as far as I'm aware. Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
If the transformation-sequence looks this cool in the videogame, I can't wait to see the actual sequence in the movie itself! X3
On hiatus.
Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
I would have thought it was only a boss battle, but the player's Goku somehow transforms into Super Saiyan God... hmmTheDevilsCorpse wrote:That's the thing, there isn't as far as I'm aware. 限界突破かめはめ波/Genkai-Toppa Kamehameha, "Limit-Break Kamehameha".TheDevilsCorpse wrote: I just wanted to show off that the previously mentioned Kamehameha (whether it is in the film or not, no idea) has a name. Apparently this Goku card that transforms into SSG is the "GM 7 UR Goku".

Is this Kamehameha from the movie?

Thanks. Sooo, that would be this one:Herms wrote:限界突破かめはめ波/Genkai-Toppa Kamehameha, "Limit-Break Kamehameha".

It makes sense for it to be that card I guess, but he already uses his split branch transformations to get SS or SS3. There has never been a third transformation on a card to my knowledge...but I guess this time they threw a curve ball. Maybe there is a special, secret requirement? *shrug*
Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Shorter version with the enemy winning
Also Limit Break Kamehameha sounds awesome. Though sounds like it would be Goku's move in Final Fantasy.

Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
Spoiler:
Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
That's pretty cool, having it be a "secret" transformation. Was hoping we'd get SSG Goku art on a card though. Guess that will have to be next set.
