403 Forbidden Error

Post by Kamiccolo9 » Fri Apr 05, 2013 9:37 pm

I keep getting this error while trying to acess the site from my computer. Can anyone please tell me why and how to fix it? It's only from my computer, and only for this site.

Do you happen to go to Murray State University, or live in Murray, Kentucky? I blocked an IP address to the site from that location earlier today, which would cause you to see a 403 error. I blocked it because the site was getting massive amounts of hits (12,200 of our last 55,000 hits) from that single IP address, causing huge performance issues. If so, shoot me a PM so we can resolve this. If that's not you, then shoot me a PM with your IP address so we can resolve the issue. You can use iplocation.net to find out your IP address if you're unsure about it.

If anyone else is having this issue and can still read this message, please let me know. Thanks.

That's an odd coincidence... :eh: I don't live in Kentucky, but I was having issues with getting on the site this morning. That was a thing of the past though.
