Nice find, I have read that only 500 copies were made solely for that Jump Festa event. Though that's a very peculiar track listing style (5.~32. ).There's also this elusive Dragon Ball Karaoke CD that was a giveaway at another Jump Festa. Don't have a tracklist or proper image of that one though.



Sadly it seems the days of free Dragon Ball CD samplers are gone, and not even replaced by digital versions. Though then again, there's not much to give us these days besides video game themes.

I've seen it a few times on Yahoo! Auctions over the years. Almost bought it once 2 or 3 years ago, but I got outbid, and it was way more than I was willing to pay at the time. But yeah, it's a pretty rare find.
