ssg god vegeta or sgg goku

Did you even read/watch DBZ? When Videl was getting beat down Gohan got so mad and SSJ2'd it up... When did Goku get his potential unlocked? Vegeta also got his dormant power brought out with Babidi's thing. Honestly, I'm a fan of (lol) fanboying myself, but there's a limit to everything.

Yes that was a rage-boost and his power got unlocked by the elder and therefore unlocked his potential. goku in dragon ball got his potential unlocked. When vegeta he was majin his power was increased but I'm pretty sure it didnt unlock his potential.

No, Babidi specifically says that he'll unlock Vegeta's dormant power. That's how he is able to match Goku in their fight.

Whoopty-doo, Goku got a kid potential release to the point where he got like, 80 points into his power. Wow, what an increase, you got me there, Goku really cheated in getting stronger didn't he? Vegeta got his dormant power brought out sir.

Why does vegeta get a rage-boost in bog but never had it in the series? is it because his personality change?

No one knows. AT had a brain fuck. I dunno LOL. Same reason why that same rage boost got him like, 40x stronger (unless Birus was toying with him even MORE than with the others, aka huge dick move when some guy is angry lol :lol: You know what? I like this explanation Birus went dick cat mode) or why he didn't get one when Trunks died, why Frieza did this and Goku did that and blah blah blah. DBZ's really just an endless series of unanswerable questions.

Well, plot and power levels at the time couldn't allow Goku's later stated near limitless potential to come into play, so I admit it's very possible Goku's potential at that time was very low. As the series progressed, then it became very different.

That was a short moment. Similar to Gohan rage moments during the Freeza arc. Once Vegeta calmed down he was "weak" again. If Chi-Chi, Videl, or anyone was killed Gohan or Goku would've rage in a similar manner.

Yamcha was capable of killing a Saibaman in the Saiyan arc, it just caught him off guard with the Kamikaze suicide.

The way Dragonball Z seems to work is Goku is the first to get a power up, along comes Vegeta whining that he can never surpass Goku and he finally transforms and is stronger, then he once again is at the end of a line when he gets shown up by Goku or Gohan. So yes SSJG Vegeta > SSJG Goku but not for long, and not by much.
