This made me think, Androids 13-15 must have had a pair of pure Saiyan hearts installed in each of them.

Nah, he's still around. From what I gather, he got into an argument and may or may not have received a temporary ban. Whether he did or didn't, the ban time has long passed. Furthermore, there was nothing wrong with his deleted posts so I very much doubt any mod would have had deleted them.
