Nothing new, really:
http://www.kanzenshuu.com/2013/04/16/ba ... es-update/
We're still waiting for totals from this past (for me) weekend. I'm assuming it's probably gotten past 2.5 billion yen by now, though.

So that was the other week's? ^^;
I had not realized ANN was so far behind.
This is actually good news though, because that means the current total is even higher.
On hiatus.

Never been interested in sales. This is the first time with BoG.
I really want to succeed it and show why Dragon Ball became a legend.
How many weeks are left for the movie stop being in theatres.
2 or 3?!
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

No Battle of Bods must reach and break 3 Billion ¥! If I were a rich man I would donate $1,000,000.

Battle of Bods? That sounds like a terrible Broly-themed fanfiction.
But yes, I hope it continues to do well. Maybe it'll hit it big on the "magic weekend" or whatever it is.

Even if it doesn't hit 3 Billion (Although it seems to be heading that way), it's still doing really well.

Yeah, at twenty-plus million US dollars the film has already long since made back both its budget and begun to make profit. Although the higher the revenue from the film the higher chance we will have of a future production having a better budget and staff.

Even though Battle of Gods is doing exceptionally well, One Piece Z is really blowing up in Japan. One Piece is truly living up to the heir it has been bestowed.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I'm just about done with the concept of reboots and making shows that were products of their time and impactful "new and sexy" and in line with modern tastes and sensibilities. Let stuff stay in their era and give today's kids their own shit to watch.
I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about
your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

I cant see why one piece is so popular there.
i already saw some clips to make me watch it but everytime i "try" is always the same:
"too many episodes" "guy who wants to became the pirate king doesnt get me" "oda has a horrible art style cant take this serious" etc..
I guess everybody has their own tastes but one piece cleary isnt for me.

Too many episodes, then tries the manga. Read at least until volume 25. Like this you'll read the Arlong and Albasta arcs.

If it takes twenty-five volumes (roughly five thousand pages) for a series to get good or be worth the read there is
probably something wrong with that series.

Not to see if you like it or not, but to not miss what I think are the best two parts in
One Piece. Then read the fist volume with the Marine guy and Buggy the Clown, it'll be enough to see if you like it or not.
About the film's placement, since we know it is set in Age 778, does it take place before or after the 26th
Tenkaichi Budokai?
Do we have some indication in the film, does Mr. Satan or someone else say something about the tournament??
