Not sure how you come to that conclusion.
Vegeta: "Funny... I seem to recall Kakarot being fed the same information right before he transformed; the distinct look on your faces when he went Super Saiyan didn't exactly inspire confidence. One does not predict or calculate power like ours."

I have seen plenty of girls with a male style hair (including spiky or mohawk). His physique looks like that of a physically fit female.

Its not just his eyes. Its his body/head ratio, his eyes/head ratio, how thin his jaw is and other things. He definitely looks more feminine than he should.

I actually really like that design for #18. It's rather subtle, compared to what we got with Super 17.

That's an idea for another what-if storyline in some video games: what if they had decided to recreate C-18 instead of C-17?
A simple twist on a decision, resulting in a new character and a new turn of events with Super C-18.

It was posted. I also printed a copy and showed Ryo Horikawa both the Red and Blue SSJ God Vegeta. He liked the blue one better.
