Anyone want a new Pre-Z era movie or special?

I really want to see the Pre Z era fighting style return. I'd really love to have a Piccolo Daimao movie that covers fully what happened back then. Or maybe a Muten Roshi movie that covers everything up to meeting Goku for the first time.

Those 5 years in-between DB and Z; I would like to see a special that takes place there. 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai era is one of my favorites, so something that takes place shortly after that.

Id like to see Jaco and Neko Majin get animated versions. Both are tied into DBZ before and after so we could get the best of both worlds with that one.

A prequel movie between DB and DBZ would also be nice, not including Dead Zone, id like to see The Son Family's early life. I remember a filler scene where they are taking a walk and Goku loses control of Gohan's stroller. I thought it was a nice scene, showed Goku and ChiChi as a normal happy family and showed that Goku still cares enough about them to remember something like that when normally all he cares about is fighting. Maybe show some Lunch chasing after Tien, Bulma dealing with Yamcha's womanizing.

I wouldent even care if there wasent any fights at all. Just a simple movie filled with character interaction and comedy. Battle of Gods was praised for its comedy so I think something along the lines of what I posted could work.

I'd like to see anything Dragonball or Z related that fits in before the 'post Majin Buu' time frame that they seem to be placing any expansions upon the story in - as long as it's setting is well researched and doesn't cause contradiction as to evoke the kind of hideous backlash that Battle of Gods and Jaco have over fairly innocuous details - as quite frankly, I'm sick of seeing it debated!

For me something set around the first generation Z fighters (ala Saiyan Arc) would be quite fun. I think it would just be nice for characters like Tien, Yamcha, Krillin and Piccolo to be more central the story. As soon as you add Vegeta and Super Saiyans into the equation then it seems to be become hard to ascribe any sort of narrative value to them.

Why not a animated version of Toyble's Dragon Ball Zero special? It deals with Raditz as a kid and shows a kid Tullece as well. It doesent contradict any manga canon outside of a movie character showing up and was actually well done for the most part.

This, this so so much. That little stretch from that tournament through Raditz is my absolute favorite era for the series, in terms of how the fighting works - still a great focus on hand-to-hand combat, but still potential for some really big and awesome energy clashes too - so I'd absolutely love to see something set during this time.

Unless something changes though, I really doubt we're going to get anything officially like that though. Even Toriyama seems to think that putting stuff during that ten year gap between Boo's defeat and the series' actual ending is the best course of action.

I would love a OVA backstory or fun adventure if anything. Similar to that Avatar The LastAirbender episode where it showed the Cast adventure in the Earth Kingdom. It could be Boo in a city, Vegeta gets a job, or some shit like that. Though I'll kill for a Piccolo Damio story which hints to something else in the future which leads into a sequel to BoG.

I've never really believed the 'womanizing' thing. I think that's all coming from Bulma's POV personally, which is pretty funny given how much of a....man...maninizer...er, floozy...whatever...she is at the start.

Still, he got fired from his job as a Host Club member because of his fear of girls, not to mention that in the Red Ribbon Army filler he wasn't happy to have that fanclub and he panicked when Hasky hit on him and he only stuttered when Maron spoke to him and asked him to take her shopping (the last two examples were filer though but stil).

Call me weird but I actually found the tournament at the beginning to be the most interesting part of the Bojack movie. Perhaps I set my expectations too high for that one...
