Just a quick question about the European version: Does it include multiple languages? Like for example: Is it only English if bought in the UK? or Italian in Italy? Or does it give you the option like most European releases?

It actually makes no sense with Dragon Ball since nearly all of the original music was retained for the TV airing, and kept on the DVD releases even in English.

I also can't seem to figure out why they'd let Europe have vocal versions of Hironobu Kageyama's new music for Budokai 2 and 3, yet pull "WE GOTTA POWER" from all English versions of "Budokai Tenkaichi."

The European version includes all of the languages in Europe I believe.(The major languages at least) I see british, french, and a few more.(Around 2-3 more than those I just listed)But yes, it lets you choose multiple languages.

You're mad that you can't hear grunting in Japanese.

Grunting.

O_o
That's right. O_o
And certain musical themes.

To you it's nothing, but to me they're minor annoyances that detract from the overall enjoyment of the game.

I've never understood why the American DBZ games have had to remove the Japanese themes, even when they're just instrumental. Is it because of royalty fees...? If they're dead set on changing the music... Fine. But at least put some damn effort into it. I'll bet on Super DBZ having all of the themes replaced with recycled Budokai tunes yet again. It's just getting old. Atari can suck it.
Royalties are a big part of the problem.

That is the crappiest gameplay footage I have ever seen. It really does not do the game any justice. Does anyone know how to record from a Gameboy? I'll show you all...

This game looks pretty good actually. I think I'll pick up a copy pretty soon. I've been duying to play a new 2D Dragon Ball game for a minute.

Actually I believe some videocameras can be hooked into the gameboy and tape right off of it the way they can the tv, vcr, or a dvd. You just need the correct wires.

Or you can just buy a Gamecube and a Gameboy Player, and play the game on your TV as you record.

Amazon finally sent the game (their records never adjusted to the delays from May to June), and I must say I'm really enjoying it so far. :)

I never said it was great gameplay footage, just something I came across to give you an idea what the game looks like. Did anyone confirm if the US and UK versions can link with each other? If that is true, I will force my friend to get the US version so I'll have someone to battle against.
