Did you considered Goku having equal fight against Cell Juniors or barly fighthing equal like Vegeta and Trunks with his full stamina ?

The line doesn't say that Goku would be stronger than Cell Juniors with restored stamina...

The Cell Jr was around Vegeta and Trunks level. Maybe a bit higher. Seeing as Vegeta and Trunks are doing decent and Goku is well above them. Also I NEVER SAID THE LINE SAID. Goku> Jr. I said it implies it

Chapter: 407 (DBZ 213), P5.3
Context: as the Cell Juniors beat everyone up
Cell (to Gohan): “If you don’t show your true worth soon, things will go past the point of no return. Look closely. Vegeta or Trunks are barely fighting evenly…Even Son Goku is in trouble, having lost his stamina…”

What Cell says actually means "Goku is in trouble bacause he lost his stamina"

Full stamina Kakarotto beat Cell Jrs one by one relative easily!

No he doesn't say that. He says that even Goku is in trouble (like humans) "near death" because he lost his stamina. Nothing says that he would be able to beat Cell Juniors at full stamina.

Guidbook also says that Cell Juniors have power equal to Cell (suppressed) so Goku would only have chance with instant full power kamehameha on 1 Cell Junior...

It seems more plausible if they were of varying strengths, each relational to the fighter that Cell created them to face off against - as if they were all as strong as Vegeta and Trunks, then Yamcha, Tienshinhan and Krillin would have died instantly - and Piccolo wouldn't have been able to hold them off for long.

I mean, Cell didn't want to kill everyone - he just wanted to cause them pain and suffering to get Gohan mad. If he wanted to have them all killed he could have just done it himself.

I don't know. The way Cell says it does definitely suggest that Goku is in trouble because of his loss of stamina from fighting Cell beforehand and expending so much of his ki. I wouldn't say that he'd be able to handle them easily if his ki was replenished with a senzu, but I do think he'd be able to handle one far better than you're suggesting.

I think they were between Vegeta/Trunks and Goku. Vegeta and Trunks were barely keeping up, and Cell's comments implied that the runts were playing around the entire time.

I just stick with "equal power to Cell" statment. Cell was like 1-2 steps stronger than Goku, so i don't see Goku doing better against Cell Junior than Cell he already fought.

I didn't realize that Daizenshuu 7 has them being as strong as Cell and as strong as Vegeta and Trunks... that's so weird. Well, it says they're equal to Vegeta/Trunks and roughly the same as Cell, but that still means that Vegeta and Trunks would have to have roughly the strength and speed of Cell.. and that just doesn't work.
