Oh, believe me, I'm aware. Just parroting back Sabat's own words from the Battle of Z panel a couple of months ago. Like you said though, something could always come up.

No worries, I knew that's what you meant by it. I just felt like I should point that out to anyone not as in the know, so that they know there's always a chance. Ideally, I'd rather they keep the same voices too, to remain consistent.

At least, assuming the dub voices are good, which I'm hoping they will be. Really wish we'd get more dub clips of them put out already.

The name I would say is rather definite - if that's what they're calling him in an English release of this game, then it's pretty much gotta be what they'd use for the movie.

It's not quite the same thing, but I recall the US release of Budokai 3 keeping the Ryu-Ken/Dragon Fist as simply "Dragon Fist", while the actual Funi dub of DBZ movie 13 eventually called it "Dragon Fire". But yeah, it's be strange for them to do a switch like that on such a major character's name.

So I finally received my copy of the bluray in the mail yesterday. And I rewatched it with the cantonese dub. Nothing wrong with the dub script or anything, that's fine. My problem with this dub is with the voice actors and its delivery. None of the familiar voices are back and most of the characters were badly casted. Some of them weren't even conveying any emotion. Distributors shoulda spent a little extra dough to hire tvb's actors for the dub.

"Bills" and "Beers" are both common nouns in plural, while "Beerus" is unique (although it can be read as the phrase "Beer US", which apparently more common). Still, the top results on Google for a search of "beerus" include some Dragon Ball websites, although I'm a bit miffed that Kanzenshuu isn't number one.

True, haha. I'd think it would be one of the first pages to come up! Oddly clip fandubs I've done pop up before Kanzenshuu proper. Which I find weird. Even if you type in 'Beerus DBZ', DB Wikia unfortunately pops up first. Speaking of that though, they gotta update the name on their page.
