He did stop Trunks and Goten for a brief time and they were Super Saiyajins...

That was filler.

Some scans from an issue of Jump (I believe) give him a battle power of 1030. Presumably,this is for the latter part of the Saiyan Arc, as he was originally weaker than Kami in Dragon Ball, who was somewhere below 400.

Yeah, that scene is filler. Popo's strength is greater than that of young Piccolo Daimao's in Dragonball, but below Kami's battle power since he admits Kami is stronger than he is.

Well, if we want to take both his Jump BP and that filler scene into account, we could say that Popo is just constantly getting stronger and stronger. Maybe all godly attendant are like that; it would explain Whis's strength.

I like the idea of Popo gaining power while he and Kami were training the humans for the Saiyans.

If TFS is cannon then I would guess at a few quadrillions, other than that i guess around 300 :P
