The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Goku VS 19.
Goku doesn't have heart virus
BUT
Let's pretend the fight starts off the same, in the sense that Goku tried to Kamehameha 19 only for 19 to absorb it.

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Didn't Goku punch 19 first? If he was at full power, I don't think 19 would survive long enough for the Kamehameha to be fired.

Eh...just pretend he did survive that long for the sake of the battle.

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
If he uses the exact same proportion of power, 19 should win. The Kamehameha sick Goku fired let 19 overcome him, so stronger or no, if 19 can absorb the Kamehameha, logically he'd do the same to healthy Goku.Kid Buu wrote:Eh...just pretend he did survive that long for the sake of the battle.

Gohan/Krillin (Potential Unlocked) Vs Kiwi
Let's say Kiwi never went to fight Vegeta and happened to come across Gohan and Krillin much later after their hidden abilities were drawn out. Would the two be able to defeat him as a team? Or would his power advantage be enough to give him the victory?

Hmmmm... going purely by power, they might get in a few good hits, but I don't see them overwhelming a power advantage like that. They'd both need to be slightly stronger. However, I'm not discounting the possibility that Gohan would get a rage boost, Cui might try to tank a Kienzan, or one of Gohan or Krillin can land a surprise attack, or land a combined blast.
Due to flexibility as well as chance, I'll give it to Gohan and Krillin 6/10 times. Also because Cui sucks.

Also, Cui can't use his Ultimate attack, because Gohan and Kuririn aren't familiar with Freeza at this stage.
Actually wait, they saw him attacking the village so they can put a face to the name. Well, they're just fucked then.

I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Vegeta gets stomped for no other particular reason, that I agree with South Kaioshin's filler appearance, where he could give Pure Majin Buu a good fight IIRC.
Based on manga statements and logic he probably might not be that strong, but whatever.

Well SSJ2 Vegeta without the Majin boost was able to hold out against Kid Buu for a bit.dbgtFO wrote:Vegeta gets stomped for no other particular reason, that I agree with South Kaioshin's filler appearance, where he could give Pure Majin Buu a good fight IIRC.

Personally, I'm under the impression that Vegeta kept the power from the "Majin Boost."Polyphase Avatron wrote:Well SSJ2 Vegeta without the Majin boost was able to hold out against Kid Buu for a bit.dbgtFO wrote:Vegeta gets stomped for no other particular reason, that I agree with South Kaioshin's filler appearance, where he could give Pure Majin Buu a good fight IIRC.

This seems to indicate that the power up was a different spell than the one used to take control of Vegeta. It almost seems like Babidi's version of the Elder Kaioshin's power up. Also, nothing says that Vegeta lost the power Babidi drew out of him.Chapter: 456 (DBZ 262), P4.3

Babidi: “While I’m at it, I’ll draw out his hidden power to beyond [his? its?] limits!”

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Mr. Buu is strong enough to put up a fight against someone stronger than SS3 Goku. He is nothing more than the two Kaioshin fused with Buu skin. South Kaioshin is stronger than Dai Kaioshin, so be must be the majority of Mr Buu's SS3-tier power. I think he crushes anyone below SS3 tier.Polyphase Avatron wrote:South Kaioshin vs. SSJ2 Majin Vegeta

SSJ2 Goku vs SSJ2 Majin Vegeta.Who would win if the battle continued?
Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
Hard to tell. Vegeta's demonic Bobbidi-enhanced status may make him more durable, like Spopovich was, and let him win in the long run. But if the fight started dragging on too long and the situation with Boo became even more desperate, Goku eventually might have been forced to whip out Super Saiyan 3 to end it quickly.

Re: The All-Purpose "Versus" Thread
I support a double K.O. Vegeta more durable(He was already durable without Majin) but I think Goku could pull out a second wind. So I honestly think they would both lose and win at the same time. Which means they kill each other. Goku would disappear forever and Vegeta would be in Hell(While being cleaned out and reincarnated)Mystic Buu wrote:SSJ2 Goku vs SSJ2 Majin Vegeta.Who would win if the battle continued?
