The most I can really "2 tons", "training!" and what is really catching my interest which is what looks like "100倍の重力" which I know for certain is "100 times gravity" but I don't know why it's saying that or even if it is for sure.

I'm no translator but I am assuming the 100 refers to 100x gravity on the ship to Namek as Herm's already said when talking about the Super Exciting Guide:

It’s worth pointing out that it basically says the reason Goku’s weight training in Heaven was so effective was that he used Bukujutsu to float in midair as he used the weights, which made it much harder. Goku’s never shown using Bukujutsu during any of his gravity training on Kaio’s or in the spaceship (at least not in the manga, that I can remember). It also says his image training/meditation was a means to raise his maximum ki, as muscle training has a limit. Toriyama mentioned there being limits to how much training your muscles could do and needing ki to overcome that limit in the book's interview.

Ki transcends physical limits, if there is a physical limitation Ki allows Goku to bust through that (ie how Goku was able to fly at all and in fact destroy his Saiyan Physical Limits on his way to Namek and surpass the limits of his own Ki with regard to to SS1 and become SS2 then SS3). Hope that helps.

I've had a translation of the first one ready to go for ages, along with the rest of the interview that it goes along with. It just keeps getting neglected.... *hint, hint*

Hi there I don't post often but I do come on here occasionally to see what's new <3 I understand if this isn't a good enough reason to have this song translated - but when I was pregnant I always listened to the Dragon Ball song album, and one of my favourites on there is called "Comet Library". My son loves the song now too and falls asleep to it at night because it has such a beautiful melody. I would appreciate it so much if anyone can translate the song for me, and I'm so eager to know what the song is about.

I know the anime makes this seem like a ki based thing, what with the fire burning up the hair tie, but the manga panel makes it seem more like the tie snaps because it just can't physically hold the hair anymore:
