Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke

Do the guides say anything about him? Does he even get a mandatory "what is this ki?" line?

I would imagine Tarble's power to be somewhere in the low hundreds, perhaps even smaller than that, so Raditz takes this quite easily.

Tarble wins this.

Not only did he get the "This is a powerful/big Ki" line from the Z warriors but Ava and Cado said that he actually gave them trouble before.

I have him at 400K.

Yajirobe gets frozen by Chiaotzu's powers. Chiaotzu stops his heart or just holds him until he gives up.

Chi Chi stomps Chappa with no less ease than Goku.
Not only did he get the "This is a powerful/big Ki" line from the Z warriors but Ava and Cado said that he actually gave them trouble before.
Wait, really? Where? What's the exact line and what translation were you getting that from? I heard that a statement where they said something like "You gave us a lot of trouble by making us come all the way here to get you" was mistranslated into something like that.

Forget it, your right. Damn.. Then I have no clue where to put him.

a) He has battle them before and survived.
b) Krillin did say a big ki is near.

A. we don't really know how it went. I highly, highly doubt that he's anywhere close to them in any case, even while low-ending Abo and Kado to be only 1st form Freeza level.

B. even a power level of 100 would technically be "big", as that term is so vague.

Did the movie specifically say he was exiled because he was weak, rather than being a wuss? And if so, weak in general, or weak by the standards of his super-elite family? His royal blood might make him strong, as power is implied to be genetic in saiyans.

I have no idea what was said in the special but in the manga: (link to bootleg scanlation site removed by administrator)

Vegeta says he wasn't suited for battle. I will just have him 10 times as strong as Vegeta when he arrived to Earth.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

Piccolo (Cell Games) w/o weights vs. SSJ Goten (Pre-ROSAT)
While Goten is stronger IMO, I don't believe that Goten is strong enough to easily KO him, and Piccolo is far more experienced & skilled, while Goten is not experienced and not very skilled. So, with Piccolo having attacks like Makankosappo, Hellzone Grenade, and Light Grenade, he can pull a win, but not easily.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Why not? He had more than 30 years to get there. At that level he would still be trash to a 500K opponent.

Nappa had at least that long, wasn't considered to be a weakling, and he was at 4 thousand. 180 thousand seems far to high for Tarble.

For that matter, how old was Vegeta in the Saiyan Arc? Mid 20's? And he was just at 18 thousand. Why would Tarble have grown stronger so much faster than his brother or Nappa?

I was talking to the guy that posted the match-up.

Why not? Because before Vegeta and Goku got out of control with their zenkais, no saiyan in history could ever become nearly that strong. And Tarble was supposed to be a weakling to boot.
