I'm going to have to go with the majority here and say the five minute thing in the "Frieza Saga".
When I was watching, all there seemed to be was Goku/Frieza staring each other down and talking back and forth to each other. During those instances I was like, "Hurry up! I want to see what happens before this 20 minute episode comes to a close because I don't want to wait until tomorrow to see it happen." However, that never seemed to come true, but now that I look back on it those were the good old episodes no matter how long it took them to get through that saga. Undoubtedly the most drug out five minutes nonetheless.

I don't dislike the dragging out of the Freeza Arc that much... for me, its the Perfect Cell fight. The one with Vegeta and Trunks, not the Cell Games.
I think in my mind, Freeza's fight kind of gets a way with it because its meant to be the final fight, the long lasting, epic battle of the giants before the series ends. However, right after Cell transforms, there's this long, and in my mind, irrelevant fight.
Because I know this isn't going to lead anywhere, its just a fight to show how strong Cell is, you really stop caring because there's loads of staring matches. Not to mention Vegeta's attack that took 20 mins to power up and was just pointless in the end.
And what about Trunks? He starts powering up at the end of an ep, next ep he's still powering up, advert break, he's still powering up. He stops and goes down and stands in front of Cell. They look at each other for absolutely ages and then they fight for about 2 mins and then the episode ends

I love humans, always seeing patterns in things that aren't there.

Goku powering up to SSJ3 against Buu. Took about 10 farkin' minutes. I almost expected Nozawa-san's lungs to explode.
And Buu to fall asleep.
And Buu to fall asleep.

Well, for the life of me, I've never understood the literal interpretation of the five minutes thing. It was a bluff, a scare tactic, a diversion to get the upper hand on Son Goku. How many other opponents claimed they'd beat Son in a matter of minutes, or even mere seconds, only to be proven wrong soon after?
Freeza knew it would eventually blow the core, but he embellished on the time it would take so Goku would panick, make a mistake, and give him an edge. It is and has always been as simple as that.
Any notion that it truly only would take five minutes for the core to blow, or that there is some sort of plot hole connected to it is somewhat silly. It is merely misunderstanding the situation coupled with the long held, internet perpetuated fan myth that it was a literal five minutes.

The staredown sequence between Freeza and Piccolo before they proceeded to do battle - referring to the Anime, of course.
...Seriously, did TOEI intentionally make it drudging to the point of being incredibly irritating? If it was supposed to be a suspense sequence, well, that really didn't work for me. It just went on. And on. And on. And on. And on. And on. And on. With seemingly no such end.
Infact, any staredown sequence or anything of that nature in the Anime of the Freeza Saga Arc (or any Saga Arc, for that matter) is rather unbearable, but nothing gets quite as worse as the aforementioned.
As for the Manga? I'm with Duo here. Nothing. Everything is terse and straight to the point... just the way it should be. Granted, I wish some of the fights were a tad longer, but that really doesn't count as a "most stretched out moment", does it?
That's about it.
