For as long as Masako Nozawa is up for it, the animation for the franchise can continue. Once Nozawa announces her retirement however, then I think Toei can stop.
They won't stop.

IT CANNOT BE STOPPED.

.... In all seriousness I doubt they will stop even if she retires/dies. I can see replacing Nozawa as a huge taboo for many fans... maybe it will take some years to find the right person, but they just CAN'T drop the franchise. See what they are doing with Oiishi? She's obviously been groomed as the "new generation that will carry the torch", placing her in the spotlight with AT on the Q&A's and giving her works such an important role.
Check out Journey's End, a short story of Goku and Vegeta's final days. "Time is running out for the last two Saiyans"

If Episode of Bardock is of any indication, i foresee a dark future for Dragon Ball.

Everything's going to focus solely on bardock now.

If that's all you want, then all you want is fanservice, rather than an actual coherent story. And of course those aren't mutually exclusive; you could have a coherent story with "shine" moments! But if a story is perfectly coherent (and I'm really not seeing any compelling arguments that this one is anything but, despite constantly recurring, really poorly reasoned, attempts to argue otherwise), and you're bemoaning the lack of "shine" moments as a reason for the story's poor quality, then you're letting your thirst for "shine" moments obfuscate your ability to detect basic storytelling when it's right in front of you.

I would like to see a series between Z and GT. I'd like Uub to have a good role in it.

Not... really...? Do you honestly expect something quality out of one movie a year? And isn't "the multiverse angle" the opposite of continuing a story? The number one complaint amongst people is inconsequentiality.
There is a new Pokemon movie each year. I find them to be of fine quality.
