Fake Namek: 'Nuff said. This along with the 'Bulma's bad day' mini-arc made me wanna vomit in terror.
Garlic Jr: Movie villians shouldn't be used in the series. Hell, anything from the movies shouldn't be used in the series (I'm looking at you, Haiya Dragon). As a movie, this might not have been so painful, but coming after Freeza, the next badass is...Garlic Jr.? Check plz.
Saiyan Training/Princess Snake: No real big here. Princess Snake was somewhat dull, but not dragged out. Plus, the training episodes gave us a little insight as to the activities of the others on Earth.
Afterlife: Super Kaioken. 'Nuff said. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best use of filler.
Saiyaman: Well done, good place to put it, happy to recognize it as a full-fledged part of the story
Honorable mentions that you didn't throw in were the 'Driving/Vejita nearly kills himself' episode, and the 'Vejitto non-SSJ versus Super Boo'. Both were pretty good.
Bulma's bad day must burn in the fires of hell forever, though.
