Interesting. Did they do the same with SS/2/3 Vegeta?

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I see. That does make more sense that way.TheDevilsCorpse wrote:Very true. Though Beerus is the Hakaishin; there is no "o" in it. It won't surprise me if Majin Bardock shows up next. Heroes needs to find away to milk Bardock to the extreme.

Hatchihyack is made out of hatred, Babidi being able to control that hatred makes sense to me. But was nº 13 a cyborgue or an android? Because if he was an android, he couldn't be controlled by his magic, right? Or maybe I'm just giving that way too much thought either way?

13 was a fully mechanical model, though I wouldn't really pay any attention to that. It's magic. In Dragon Ball. A series with talking animal people and its fair share of poop jokes (early on). Just roll with it.

Guess Vegeta is the only one with some form of control over himself, everyone else looks like mindless zombies.
It's not too late. One day, it will be.

Are you taking that from the recent Toriyama interview, or this is said somewhere else as well?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:13 was a fully mechanical model

Ignoring the fact that it's pretty obvious all three of them are artificial in Movie 7 alone (I mean, 14 and 15 have internal scanners and 13 absorbs computer chips into his head, among other things), Daizenshuu 6's section on the film lists them as "completely artificial".DBZGTKOSDH wrote:Are you taking that from the recent Toriyama interview, or this is said somewhere else as well?TheDevilsCorpse wrote:13 was a fully mechanical model

I still won't mind seeing Majin SSj Saiyan Saga Vegeta and Majin GT Vegeta. Majin Bebi Vegeta would be super over killed though

I would not rely too much on those "artificial" and "mechanical" and "robot" things, because the story often presents several of them as A.I. Some of them have souls. They are just no natural born beings and were created to be robots at first by Gero/Dr. Mu but that is really all. 16 had his goal but he had interests (nature) and feelings (love nature, worried about his comrades and stopped Cell) and made decisions (not to attack Goku at the Cell games though it was his main reason for being created, getting those interests, sacrifice himself, et cetera). Just as in GT everyone on M2 was like "don't be silly, Giru is just a simple Robot, he does not know what friendship is" and he exactly proved them wrong.

To be fair, in GT, Machine Mutants are much more advanced than any of the non-human-based creations Gero had made, before Cell. They are as close to a living biological lifeform as a machine can be; they have actual organic ki.Cetra wrote:Just as in GT everyone on M2 was like "don't be silly, Giru is just a simple Robot, he does not know what friendship is" and he exactly proved them wrong.

I'm surprise that Super 13 got a Majin treatment instead of Broli. Super 13 never seem to be that popular if you ask me.

Re: "Dragon Ball Heroes" On-Going Discussion Thread
Yes, but Giru/Gill was no Machine Mutant. Those guys are bionic and actually live. The Mega Cannon guys talked about him as a robot who just does what he is programmed to do. And that is exactly what he did not do. Android 19 was able to feel fear and 16 is the most obvious so both Gero and Mu were able to create robots that got an A.I. which was not planned. If you really become your own individual, in their case an A.I. then that is a soul/consciousness, something that makes you an actual individual existence which lives, can learn, make decisions, feel, et cetera - they are just not as we are as they are not born naturally but I guess you know what I mean. There are many stories about those "absolute A.I.s".TheDevilsCorpse wrote:To be fair, in GT, Machine Mutants are much more advanced than any of the non-human-based creations Gero had made, before Cell. I wonder if any GT characters will go Majin? I think GT Vegeta going Majin will be possible.

Hi peeps, I've updated my list into a more interesting model.
Heroes Card Database
Now it's got a card image for each character and form. Thanks to TheDevilsCorpse for the card images. I hope you enjoy it!
If you can pinpoint me to the cards for the missing forms I'll add them promptly.

Awesome man, I really like it but it appears that some images such as GT Goku Super Saiyan 2 and Majin Vegeta Super Saiyan 3 are not appearing whatsoever (I have refreshed several times). Just to let you know, thanks for working on this man.DNA wrote:Hi peeps, I've updated my list into a more interesting model.

Maoji Vegeta Super Saiyan 3 hasn't been released yet, I left it there as a placeholder.
