Guys, is it true that Dabra's power can't be sensed?
Btw, I always thought Kaioshin was far more powerful than Piccolo. Still, it would've been nice to see a h2h fight between them.

Goku determined his power based on his movements, like with Pui Pui and Yakon nothing was ever said about them sensing their ki.Super Saiyan Turlast x4 wrote:Guys, is it true that Dabra's power can't be sensed?
I blame Toriyama for this and all the other times a supposedly powerful character was made to look a fool.Btw, I always thought Kaioshin was far more powerful than Piccolo. Still, it would've been nice to see a h2h fight between them.
Freeza after getting mechanical improvements comes to mind, Dabra too for that matter.
Re: Piccolo is far stronger than East Kaioshin
I've always taken the "our dimensions are too different"/"he's stronger than me" line as just an excuse to get the others off his back as Piccolo had an idea of who Kaioshin was and knew that his appearance on Earth meant something significant and just didn't want to arouse suspicion on the others before he knew what was going on.
It's hard to imagine Kaioshin being so superior to Piccolo when the former is later shown to be vastly impressed by the base Saiyan's strength, shown concern in fighting Pui-Pui and outright stated that they should all gang up on Yakon together. And then you have the fusion between Kaioshin and Kibitto ending up as canon fodder all the same compared to the Saiyans at that point.

Re: Piccolo is far stronger than East Kaioshin
Agreed. I take Piccolo's different dimensions line to be more about god status than ki power. I don't think anyone can ever sense Kaioshin. I think the Kami side of Piccolo senses his godly nature and the different dimensions is in regards to godly hierarchy. That's how I always took it.
On a power perception, I find it incredibly hard to place Kaioshin in different dimensions than Piccolo, yet still be weaker than the Super Saiyans. I don't know if I would consider the Super Saiyans in a different dimension from Piccolo. Perhaps Ssj2 isn't even in a different dimension. Piccolo is pretty damn strong in my book, being able to fend off a Cell Junior for any period of time and outperform a tired FPSSJ is quite impressive in my book.

That's great and all...but this thread is almost three months old.
Kanzenshuu: Is that place still around?
