Can summarize a bit for you:
1st page: Bulma bursts into the bathroom and offers to wash Vegeta. He's like, "who said you could come in?" but she just brushes him off.
2nd page: Vegeta's still saying he'd rather just bathe by himself, but Bulma convinces him (or rather, just forces him) to sit down and starts with washing his hair. She forms his hair into a certain distinctive style and says, "Heya, I'm Gokuu!"
3rd page: Vegeta is clearly unamused by her antics. She promises not to mess around anymore, but then notices how long his hair is when it's down and tries to form it into a ponytail (trying to give him one of Yamcha's hairstyles?
) She laughs at his messed up hair, and he starts spraying her as she laughs through her apologies.
4th page: Vegeta offers to return the favor and wash Bulma, though in a very threatening manner.
5th page: He catches her, and she both struggles to get away and continues laughing as he washes her. Trunks comes across this scene, and Bulma implores her son for help, but he decides to pretend he didn't see anything.
