No. The music is still terrible or poorly misplaced and it may as not be Kai with what's been left in. It's a waste of everyone's time. The only redeeming quality will be the English dub on its release. Even then, it'll require fan-placed Kikuchi to be something great.

I am liking the few decent tracks we've gotten so far. Some of the midi stuff is meh. Although some of it I like but it's personal preference

The episodes have a 50/50 chance so they can either be great or downright horrible there's hardly any balance with Kai 2.0 and considering the Japanese cut is a revised version of the Final Chapters they're not doing a very good job.

SSJ3's Goku scene was fantastic though.

I think it is doing a little better when it comes to some of the episodes before and the music is a little bit better, but still not up to the level of Babidi's Spaceship.

I think they're mostly referring to the "Kai" handling of the Buu arc, where the pacing has either been too fast or too slow, most of the filler is kept in the more recent episodes, the video remastering has a strange greenish tint, the OP/ED animation and songs are being criticized, the Japanese voice cast is up-and-down quality-wise depending on the episode, and the new music is lackluster according to most of the posters here.
Nothing matters (in a cosmic sense.) Have a good time.

Hey, at least we get to revisit the great animation and character designs from the Boo saga again. The close ups of characters are so well drawn. Even the simple drawing of Boo and his facial expressions are marvelous.

We won't know how good or bad it is until we get the full international version.
July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

The music placement in the first episodes of the International Version is horrible and repetitive.

In episode 103 they used 4 times the Gohan Vs the bank robbers theme (Gohan & Goten training) and in episode 107 they used 3 times the disco music (Preliminaries & Goten Vs Trunks).

Yep. This is the reason.

So true. If Toei had Crystal'd this show it'd have been pretty awful because the animation would be bland, uninteresting, generic and out of place (even Crystal 2.0 aka the home release doesn't look like much of an improvement).

The French version seems to be censored too, so we'll just have to wait for the home release and I'd guess that's as uncut as Kai can get.

It would also have 90% of the humor removed, and it would be "grittier".

It's not a Dragon Ball I would want. I'm okay with the approach Kai took. Though, I would like better editing, but from what I've seen and heard, even the newly animated Crystal has pacing and editing issues, so it seems to just be a current Toei issue for whatever reason.
