Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Resurrection 'F'"

I've finished my work and now here's the details:

• Toriyama came up the idea of reviving Freeza when he listened to Maximum the Hormone's "F".
• The title comes from the song, too.

So the title AND the plot was influenced by the song?

Yeah, along with my sarcasm earlier, I think I'm fine with pretty much anything Toriyama decides to do here in regards to Freeza transformations/power ups. Just as long as it doesn't turn out that he was holding back during the fight on Namek, which doesn't seem to be the case.

I also wouldn't really like if Freeza turned out to have a body while in Hell in Toriyama's version of the Dragon World, but I could tolerate that more than him holding back in the previous fight. Nothing seems to be implying either of these options though, so I'm just going to continue to trust Toriyama for the time being.

So 'F' in the next movie title and Maximum The Hormone - F , a tribute to Freeza . Going by the lyrics in the song , Freeza should be getting a Godly transformation.

Moreover listening to Maximum the hormone F may have had an certain effect that changed his perspective. Who knows?
Whatever it may the case be,this movie apparently seems to imply Freeza may be getting a proper farewell this time, snake salute. the movie title even has a F as the song.

Also , May be even Pink colored Godly/Divine Transformation for Freeza(Pink Pink Pink)

I knew he was listening to the lyrics: "Godly Transfiguration" is obviously a plot point (and is not as it all seems).

The Ginyu Force might have something to do with the plot since they are in the song....?

This has nothing to do with what Freeza could or couldn't do back then, this has everything to do with what Kei17 translated as He doesn't get revive just as-is. Something more happens, and what possibilities come from that.

I better go with the explanation that if someone doesn't get reincarnated soon enough that if he gets resurrected, becomes a God, better than Frieza had a possiblity to train in Hell. So in that way Yema will learn of the case and will change the rules and make the bad and really powerful guys who are in Hell to get reincarnated as soon as possible.

I'd be ok with Freeza being the reality-warper, but it wouldn't be ideal.

I'm curious about it not mentioning any of the other characters. I want to know what his new powers are and what he does with them.

If Freeza becomes immortal then they could defeated him by using the Mafuba on him. If he does get new forms then I would like to see what they can come up with his 5th form. Coola does not exist in Toriyama's world then he should have a original design for his 5th form.

Then I'd fear boring plot revelations and/or poor characterisations for everyone. I would feel that way, particularly with the latter. But hey, this isn't the 90's anymore, so more faith in the writers would probably be given (depending on who they would be, of course). Though, I'm not sure the general reaction to Watanabe's original BoG script was all that great.

I'm not entirely sure it would have been the right direction for Dragon Ball to go, but I'm more then curious about the actual details of his version than just what we've have from the interview summaries (as well as the designs of Beerus and Super Saiyan God for it).

Godku was supposed to be buff, with a cape and hair between SS3 and SS4. Beerus was supposed to be a lizard.
