I am torn between making a Saiyan with my name, as ridiculous as it sounds it makes me feel like a part of the world in the game I'm playing.

Or, making a Freeza Clansman and naming him Meruem. XD

I'm also interested in making cosplay characters, I saw some Gon's and Killuas in the network test that were really good. I hope we can make more characters, atleast to use in fight modes.

Ooooh, didn't even consider that, bet we could get the King in there.

But yeah, after seeing the hair options... no way I'll get myself in the game.

LOL, yeah, I mean the character is not gonna look like me, although they included the black skin tone, the hair options don't necessarily match. I'll probably end up making him bald.

While I end up making mine with long hair, because I have long dreads. Now I know I've said this a million times already, but I really hope the black stereotype voice makes a return.

Yup. Luckily I pre-ordered a few weeks ago. Think it'll be the first game I'll have bough in the last year. Nothing for the new consoles have really interested me enough to actually throw money out to get them. Since I can get XV on PS3, all the happier. Think the only 2 games I'll be playing til summer will end up being Xenoverse and SWTOR.

Is anyone besides me curious as to how the devs plan to incorporate GT's story (or at least part of it) into the game when we already have Battle of Gods in? I mean it's pretty much going to be DLC, but I'm wanting to see how they do it.

They may not intend to add story elements for it. Probably just stages and characters from GT as DLC, with outfits and hair styles and things like that. They could probably do the story, but...GT's story was so bad, they'd be pretty much re-writing the entire series by themselves to make it even remotely enjoyable. I think we'll see story elements more from the other DBZ films before we see those for GT. We already have Brolly after "Demon God Demigra". I think facing movie villains in side-arcs from the Films would be as a means of leveling and acquiring more outfits and race selection pieces for character editing.

DLC is already stated to be planned for the game. It all depends on how well Xenoverse sells. If the sales are really good, then expect some DLC in the very near future, if not, we'll always have the leaked data to reminisce and ponder.

I'm glad that this game has hype going for it. The game is #5 on the PS4 selection on Gamefaqs and I haven't seen a DBZ game on the top 10 message boards since BT3 in 2007.

I keep seeing people on another thread I go to giving suggestions and bitching about the transformations for other races when they don't seem to understand the concept and limitations. It's really annoying.
