Ok, so inquiring minds want to know. What is the real scoop on this Arale nonsense. Is she in the in the game or not?
Arale's name is not announced by the Tenkaichi Budokai / Versus announcer in any language in any version on any disc. Take that as you will.

Question about the tag-team fights:

I've heard about a 5 vs. 5 option, but does it have to be that many exactly? Or can you do 5 vs. 1, 4 vs. 3, etc, etc?

So in other words, we have another Bulma on our hands, eh?

Not even. At least her name was spoken aloud and we literally saw Tiffany Volmer doing in-game fighting noises.

Hm. So then whatever those files are that're titled as "Arale" are just sitting there and don't really do anything? o.o

If the game has Dragon Ball story arcs then they'd need a model of her from when she kicks Blue's ass.

That would mean they would need a Shogun Blue model, which he is of course not in this game.

Well I didn't know that, I don't have the game.

It'd be sweet if he was though. Think about it, he could have the "Crazy Eye Paralysis" technique.

Speaking of Blue, I was wondering, did they happen to give Tao-pai-pai an attack that uses his tongue? Probably not but it would be hilarious to see him beat an Ozaru by poking it's temple with his tongue.

Still needs more "Pre-Z" characters, if you know what I'm saying.

Spike seems to have their character priorities all messed up. We have Cui and Zangya but no Piccolo Daimao. Hell, even in the last game we got Super #17 and no Yi Xing Long. How did that make sense?

If this is like the last game, Dragon Rushes wouldn't work on Ozarus, anyway.

Some rushes don't work, but I've seen videos of Goku striking Hildegarn up to the air before unleashing Dragon Fist, or that of Tapion slashes Hildegard for several times before the final slash. And also Yajirobe gets to unleash his slashes onto Ozaru Vegeta. So if Tao Pai-pai has that attack, it's possible that it'll work. (Boy, I really wished that Cyborg Tao Pai-pai is in this game at least as a costume...)

I wish game developers would clean up their leftover data. I just got my hopes up for nothing.

Maybe Arale will be an extra for the Wii version. ;D

(Just kidding, she'll probably be leftover data there too)

I'd be so sad if they saved her JUST for the wii release as I can't really afford a wii, but I'd still be able to watch clips of it on YouTube at least.
On hiatus.

Awesome, that'd be a challange, just you going against five opponents.
I'm going to love it :p

Sweet, I loved doing fights like that in DBZ: Legends for the PS1 way back when. Except that was 1 vs. 3 AT THE SAME TIME. Wow, I remember how hard that could be.

Cool, now I can do my dream Son vs. Briefs family match:

Goku (base)
Gohan (Buu saga, base)
Goten (base)

vs.

Vegeta (Buu saga, base)
Mirai Trunks ("fighting," base)
Trunks (base)
Trunks & Goten forever

The cool think about Legends was sometimes the side with less fighters would get the handicap. If I remember, this was only if you fight the CPU but I can't confirm that right now.

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.
