Go to a scene with lots of movement and flashes. You will notice the the image looks 'pixelated'.The quality is excellent. Better even than some domestic DVD's I bought.

Yeah. I forgot which group it is, but they've recently put out "new" versions of the One Piece bootleg sets that are "optimized" for better sound and picture (meaning, they encoded at a slightly higher bitrate when they ripped off the R2s). Every so often the group's logo will float around the screen, as well (lame). But yeah, the bitrate's not high enough, still, to quite keep up with the really high-motion scenes.
Dude, it's bootleg. If you can live with it, whatever... that's your deal. But it's absolutely bootleg.
