What Is This Screencap From?

I recently came across this screencap of a scene that appears to be drawn by Tadayoshi Yamamuro that I found to be quite curious. I found it curious because I do not recall ever seeing this scene in the anime before. Does anyone know where this is from?

That scene is from the second Ending in Dragon Ball GT TV series.

These screenshots are beautiful and even better would be if they were remastered in glorious 1080p HD.

Would be great if they were optimized HD wallpapers but can't ask for it because as of now there's only SD footage of GT.
