This somewhat links together with my last thread. Do you think it's possible Buu recognized it was Vegeta when he said this?
I'll try to word this right. Buu retained his memories of being Fat Buu, and to his knowledge Vegeta should be dead. When Buu sees Vegeta here, he doesn't seem shocked.
You'd think if he wasn't expecting Vegeta, that he'd be shocked to see him there, since he thought Vegeta was dead.
Do you think it's possible? He does have Goten/Trunks/Gohan/Piccolo absorbed, so he could just recognize Vegeta by ki signal possibly.

Nothing in that page indicates to me that he recognised Vegeta. He just sensed another large ki.

But why wasn't he shocked by the fact that it was Vegeta? If he didn't think it was Vegeta don't you think he'd atleast be puzzled by the fact that someone he thought was dead was floating right there?
There's also the fact that Buu has man's son in him, and 3 other people who have been around him for years, it wouldn't be irrational for Buu to know it's Vegeta.

Also, side note:
Chapter: 503 (DBZ 309), P9.2
Context: As Goku heads to Vegeta with the Potara.
Boo: “Now there’s another human with great power! But naturally he’s no match for me, even if they merged!”
Buu knew it was a guy

You're still talking about an English translation. It's quite possible the Japanese lacks anything to determine Vegeta's gender, from what I know of Japanese language it doesn't use gendered pronouns like English does.
Boo shows absolutely no reaction to Vegeta to say how he feels about it, he is just more concerned with preventing the fusion. Maybe he doesn't even remember Vegeta.

That quote I posted was from herms. Buu wasn't trying to stop the fusion, he was only going to kill Goku initially, then he sensed Vegeta afterwards.

I know it was from Herms. You're completely missing my point - it's an English translation. English uses gendered pronouns a lot, Japanese doesn't. The fact that an English translation calls Vegeta a "he" doesn't mean the Japanese line identifies him as male, because translations are rarely 100% exact.
The only way you'll know is to ask Herms.

Evil Boo's memories from Mr. Boo seem rather hazy at best though. He vaguely remembers fighting Goku and him transforming. That is how I felt the dialogue was worded. The only real person he truly remembers from being Fat Boo is Mr. Satan. But if we're going to say that Evil Boo is retaining peoples memories then why is it that he calls the Ki Human rather than Saiyan? We already know that Saiyan's Ki is different from others. And surely if he knew it was Vegeta's then he would know it is a Saiyan Ki or his memories from the others would have confirmed it to be a non-human Ki.

Human can refer to any humanoid alien. Ginyu's called himself a human before.

When did Ginyu call himself a Human? Maybe a humanoid alien(An alien with the features of a human). But Human applies to us.

Ginyu: “If you’ve gotten confident from that brief exchange just now, I’ll soon take you down a notch…The truth is that I am also the type of human that can freely alter their battle power…!”
Usually the term "Earthling" is applied to humans in Dragon Ball

Nope. You're thinking of "Earthling." In Dragon Ball, humans, Saiyans, whatever Ginyu is, etc., are all "Humans."

Okay then. Seems a weird distinction. Doesn't really change the fact that he would have recognised Vegeta's Ki if he did have access to their memories though.

He has to have some portions of their memories since we see him get talking skills from Piccolo. Considering all 4 people he has have been around Vegeta for years. I doubt it's unlikely.

An increase in intelligence doesn't necessarily mean he gained memories from Piccolo. If Piccolo has a strategic and intelligent mind he may have inherited that as a skill. I mean if your IQ suddenly sky rocketed up to 300 you're going to inherently be better at speaking or thinking about situations. Similar to how when you're a child you are explained concepts that you can't grasp. But once you're older you understand them.

No, Super Buu states he remembers beating Gohan when he was still Fat Buu.
I don't doubt he'd remember Vegeta either, since he should have left a greater impression than Gohan did.

How could he not know Vegeta? After absorbing Piccolo and Gotenks he knew all about Gohan's past, the fact that Goku was his father, and what made him tick.

I suppose, but it isn't something vivid. It's more of a recollection of Gohan rather than him knowing Gohan. It took him a moment to recall him. I'm not saying he didn't obtain memories from Fat Boo. But it seems that his instant recollection of someone is limited only to Mr. Satan.

None of this happens in the manga. All he knows are their names from the characters speaking to each other. He doesn't even know Goku's name or Tenshinhan's or who Dende even is. When Goku shows up in the manga he just says "You're that guy I fought before, the one that transformed." not "Hey! It's Goku!"

Maybe he just doesn't know them by name? He seems awfully familiar with Tenshinhan.
