No you can't make ChiChi live up to her namesake.

Unfortunately I am a bit spoiled by more extensive character creation modes from other games that give a lot more control over the characters size, shape, physical appearance, height, weight, and yes even the size of those lovely lady lumps. Unfortunately, as things tend to go with those taking samples from the MMO table, they can't make theirs that extensive. And also because they don't want to see F-cups on the body of a 12yr old in this thing.

Mainly it's because of the art-style involved and that's primarily why we won't be seeing giant bazongas on the female CaC's. And I don't much mind that. Sure I wish I could change a few things, make'em stand out more, but if I wanted big bouncy jiggly marshmellow mountains, I'd go and keep using my mods on Skyrim and just play that. Plus other Skyrim mods do add DBZ moves to it, so you can basically have your jumbo-tittied Saiyan in skyrim, using your Kamehameha on trolls and KO'ing Legendary Dragons with your physics defying mammaries.

I thought they pushed it back? So everybody else's drop date was pushed back except for JP? Bullshit favoritism..

Or they expect the server load from the west to be bigger than Japan and because this is an online focused game they want to make double sure it works at launch.

You can. The glasses count as it's own accessory, like Piccolo's turban or a scouter. Shirt and Pants are separated too. If you can use Goku's Gi top with Saiyan armor bottoms, I think anything is possible.

I don't see why that would be the case. We've seen with all the costumes that we can select just parts of it. The beard will probably just be another beard option made available

Am I to assume that the dragon balls don't separate after a wish is used because if I have to gather the 7 dragonballs again just because I wanted to add a beard or what not, then that sucks, especially when UT allowed you to change things on the fly.

I believe that wish is for actual character body modification. You can change clothes and accessories on the fly, like in the Network Test. Changing skin tones, body build, hair style, etc. will be the stuff that requires the Dragonballs.

Well, that's a bit disappointment. There's just no reason to not have them measurements... but then again it's probably for the better. I (and many others) probably woulda gone ham and went Hitomi Takenaka for shits and giggles.
