I don't see why it wouldn't, no licensing problems here, and Atari hasn't passed up bringing over a game yet (though Advance Adventure did take nearly two years!). On one small off-topic note, I think it's almost sad, I mean they're living mainly off the DB sales. Seriously, it's their flagship and the best property they're marketing (that Path of Neo game was kinda 2-3 years too late, IMO). Be looking forward to this game, at least, I may even buy a DS for it!

Don't forget, Kami and you were separate, but also one...is there a Kami on this forum?

Heh, at the time Advance Adventure was initially released, Game Boy Pocket was a new system

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

I think you mean Gameboy Advance :? .

Anyways, why can't they just make one massive Dragon Ball RPG that follows the manga from the beginning all the way to the end? It would be a 100+ hour game that I'm sure would sell liek hotcakes. It could be on the PSP and could have cutscenes that were animated panels from the manga with sound effects added in, just like they did with Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel and the upcoming MGS: Portable Ops.

The screenshots look great, but I doubt I'll buy it if its a card game. An rpg, yeah, but not a card-style game where I have to count points.
On hiatus.

I remember GameBoy Pocket. I had Pokémon Yellow for mine...

Sorry to hear that Kaboom. Mabye if you are lucky, GameBoy games will also be downloadable for the Wii :)

Looking at those screen shots, it reminds me a lot of Legend of the Super-Saiyajin for Super Famicon. Anyone else play that game enough to see a resemblance?

Yeah, I see what you mean. I loved that game. I'll probably pick this game up, since I'm picking up a DS just to get the new Pokemon. . . Might as well pick up some DB games, eh? . . . I still hope it's long, though.

So if it never comes out in North America, I could get it in the Japanese and play it on my America DS? Yay!

It'll probably come out in America, but it's nice to be able to do that just in case. ^_^
What's scarier than a DBZ H-game?

Yeah, i was just thinking that now. Well, whatever type of game it is, i will definetly pick it up when it comes to our shores. (no imports....since this is an rpg/card game i want to understand and know what I'm doing.)

That shouldn't be too much of a problem, Maker. Around where I live you can pick up a used original ds for $80(new 100) and a used lite for $100 (new 130). Seeing how you live in Australia (I think), you can also do Ebay. More good news that you probably know is that Nintendo DS is region-free :)

I'm really wanting this game to cover more than just the first bit of Dragon Ball Z. I'm also really hoping (despite how improbable) that is has What-If quests.

Can't wait for more information to surface (or for the Outside of Japan release date)!
... Maybe later.

Huh? Well, the image is on Daizex right now. Although its small, theres not much to see unless you speak Japanese. It's more of an "OMG NEW DBZ GAME CONFIRMATION" scan. :D
