And you also be surprised by how many fanart that have Pan with a considerable chest even though GT confirms she's flat.

Well, she is really young in GT. She is like 12 or 13 years old. Its perfectly normal if she hasn't developed yet.

They usually start to grow in earlier than that. Chi-Chi had a visible bust at age 12 while even when at old age Pan was still flat.

You aren't making any sense... Just because Pan didn't develop further, doesn't mean that she couldn't have because she was still young enough for that to happen. That's not proof or is evident of anything. Not to mention that we were talking about Bra, not Pan.
