No. Nail says Piccolo is unbelievably powerful, but it's always been a point of contention about just how strong he is.

If Nail is impressed by Piccolo's power level, he's likely to either be very close to Nail's power level or above. With that, he then easily smashes Kiwi and Dodoria as they're not even into the mid 20k levels. I've never seen anything to make me think Zarbon is above the Ginyu force, so I'd give this 80/20 to Piccolo.

He one shots Kiwi and Dodoria, before grinding Zarbon down.

None of the challengers last very long. Only Goku was strong enough to give Cell an entertaining fight, and he was still clearly weaker.

- Krillin (versus Ginyu-Goku) vs. Vegeta (beginning of Namek arc).
- Krillin (versus Ginyu-Goku) vs. Zarbon (can't transform), Dodoria and Cui.

— I'm thinking Kuririn wins this first match. He's either on-par or slightly stronger than Ginyu-Goku's 23,000, and much more skilled either way. Vegeta's natural toughness will be difficult to overcome, and Vegeta's no longer at a disadvantage from being unable to sense ki, but Kuririn can pull it off.
— This second match, though, I don't think Kuririn is going to win. All three of these guys are similar in power to him, and their superior numbers will win it for them.

Goten and/or Trunks VS Super 13.

They're each individually much stronger than the buffed-up Android, and as long as they don't let something like being unable to sense him foil them, they should be able to beat him pretty easily.

Piccolo (Post Kaio training) Vs Kiwi, Dodoria, Zarbon

We don't really have any good estimation for Piccolo's power other than "strong enough to impress Nail," and PROBABLY "stronger than Vegeta was on Earth." No way to tell the outcome of this one.

SSJ Goten and SSJ Trunks pre-RoSaT vs. 3 Cell Juniors

The Cell Juniors have a moderate power advantage over the kids, and have them outnumbered, AND are probably smarter than them too. Victory goes to the screeching little mini-Cells.

Gotenks (EoZ) vs Buutenks

Goten and Trunks have most likely gotten weaker by the manga's epilogue, which would presumably mean that Gotenks got weaker along with them. So this is an easy win for Boo.

base Broly (Movie 10) vs. Yakon

They're similar in power, but Broli's a moron with practically zero fighting skills. Yakon gets the jump on him and slices his head off.

That's missing a lot of context.

For starters, it's not Goku who defeats Demigra, it's either the CaC or the two of them combined. Plus despite Goku going Super Saiyan 3, this seems to be him post Super Saiyan God ritual. Or something.

It's confusing, anyway. But saying Demigra's weaker than SS3 Goku certainly isn't accurate.
