Goku using telekinesis

I thought the surest example of Goku having telekinesis was the invisible shove he uses on Frieza towards the beginning of their fight (post-SSJ transformation). Maybe it was a kiai, though.

On the other hand, what is a kiai if not a non-delicate application of telekinesis?

A proof that Goku can lift more than 40 tons if he wanted too lol Frieza lifted entire island by using ki, Goku used his raw muscles to lift 40 tons on the end of his limbs, but if he concentrated his ki on them he could have easily lifted million, billions of tons.

That wasn't really telekinesis. It was more a strongly air-condensed punched. He does this kind of thing against Chi-Chi in their match at the Budokai Tenkaichi.

With telekinesis, you move stuff with your mind.

In a Kiai, you launch a shock-wave through the air with your Ki instead of launching a direct Ki beam attack.

I haven't seen Vegeta do a kiai. But Piccolo uses a Kiai on Raditz to finish him off. Goku uses a Kiai on Freeza when they're warming up. SSJ Goku uses a Kiai against Freeza(Pre-100%). Freeza uses a Kiai to push Goku away so he can charge to full power. Goku uses a Kiai to block an attack from Nappa, Vegeta says in the Viz translation that Goku blew away the attack with Ki alone. In the Japanese manga he says:

Context: after Goku blows away Nappa’s attack
Vegeta: “He blew it away with just a kiai…!!””

Tenshinhan also blew away Tao Pai Pai's Super Dodonpa with a Kiai.

Goku clearly calls the Kiai a Kiai cannon when he first uses it against Freeza.

Gohan uses a kiai to stop bad guys when he is the "Golden Warrior".

There are numerous examples. There are clear examples made of characters who use psychic powers too. Vegeta says Gurd is weak but he has psychic powers. If telekinesis were usable by everyone there really is no reason to bring up this point. There is also General Blue who is said to have psychic powers. And then there is Chaozu too.

Well, if I'm remembering correctly, that scene is modified from the manga, where he was tossing boulders. So its kinda sorta filler, one could say.

Even if Freeza did lift that island. He didn't do it through Ki. Freeza and Ginyu were shown with telekinesis. It's not an ability that is just usable by anybody who has Ki.
