Pui Pui is probably around 50% Final Form Frieza. Something a base Saiyan can beat.

Goku was at 150 million on Namek. Cooler's Revenge takes place after the Freeza Arc, and Roshi mentions at the very beginning how Goku has gotten stronger since he got back to Earth.

I believe that is a comparison between Goku before and after going to Namek. Or somehow Roshi was factoring Goku when he fought Slug?

No, he specifically says that Goku has gotten much stronger since he got back from Namek.

Goku and Vegeta are comparable in each arc, so yes, they could.
Is No.17 supposed to be stronger than he was before?
Hell Fighter #17 was on par with base Vegeta (Super #17 arc), he could probably clear most of the Buu arc.

I always though that Bojack isn't that strong as only a punch by the SSJ2 Gohan could wreck him, people can say that Gohan was fighting more seriously than he was against Cell, but in fight between FPSSJ Goku x Bojack? I think that Goku is one step ahead in power terms and could defeat Bojack with some difficulty

What do you think?

Should have specified that Kuzuki is buffed up by Caster. Without Caster's buff he is probably on the level of 22nd Tournament Yamcha General Blue.
