HAHAHAHAHA! I acutally find that extremely funny.... ok I'm done. Seriously though I enjoy the original voices like any other (well maybe) Dragonball fan but I cannot understand half of the dialogue. Only maybe "ok", "NO!" and "WHAAAAAAH!"American Pelican wrote:Because no-one in the western world knows how to speak Japanese, obviously. Aww, I hope they ship the European version to my coountry cause I would hate to use the pink thing to transform, BT2 sounds like a really fun/additive game! I am really going insane from the wait. (Just 2 more day for my country.)

The US version, when you transform, a pink wave of energy goes around your body, but the European follows the way the Japanese version transform.

It was probably said before, but the soundtrack does not directly belong to Tôei/Bandai, but to Columbia Music Entertainment. Thus it isn't a part of the basic "bundle" of the game, its copyright is not managed by Bandai. The Tori-bot wrote:Probably because most UK fans won't be familiar with the original music. :\sangofe wrote:The music isn't half bad, but i sure wonder why they couldnt put the original tracks in :/
It means that Atari, in order to be allowed to include the original soundtrack in the games, would have to buy the rights to Columbia.
Of course they don't want, it seems to be too expensive for them. They say they would have to increase the prices of the games by a few dollars in order for the purchase to be profitable.
There was a poll on the Atari Europe website, a few months ago, asking if the gamers would be ready to accept more expensive games in order to have the original soundtracks. Of course the result was positive (at ~94%).
But the last 2 anime games released in Europe (Saint Seiya Hades and now Sparking Neo) have not reflected these poll results.

When I first heard that I said "it does me good because I can't stand the English voices." The theory about that line being Sabat getting in his little jab at JPN version fans for all the hate he and Funi have recieved does sound likely.
As for the actual game, I got it but have only played a few VS battles with the computer (won two matches, COM beat me the rest) and part of the training mode. The music isn't horrid (definately a step up from the recycled Budokai tracks we got last year) so I don't have to cringe whenever I play the game. I'll say more when I play more of it.
Yes! Thank you for telling me, I really hated the pink aura, that was just wrong.Rory wrote:Thats because it was replaced, because it looks retarded.
Your obviously refering to the early video's of the game, yeah, they ain't in it anymore.
