If that's legit, have fun trying to make any sense out of it
That's gotta be translation error. There is now way it would be that low.
Well if it's true, general fans can be happy that power levels are officially dead. No one can ever debate power levels ever again if that's true.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Maybe Freeza is using the metric system for power levels now.

Well, they can. They can just ignore this movie and everything connected with it.

If Freeza's first form is 1.37M, it makes sense and doesn't contradict anything. The last time a PL is recorded in the manga was with Freeza's second form at over 1M. The last time a multiplier was recorded was Kaioken x20. Every multiplier and PL after that were fabricated by guidebooks. Discard those, adjust the multipliers a bit and lower everyone's power from what you thought previously and you can still make sense out of this new PL (unless the rumor about SSJ Gohan being defeated by first form Freeza is true).

This also makes Freeza's boost after training not seem that cheap. He doubled his power in his first form and from his first to his true form is already a 220x increase. If we figure that his Golden form functions the same as SSJ, it's another 50x (or whatever multiplier you believe in now) increase on top of that.

Never trust 2ch. It's not a trustworthy place for information. At least, in my opinion.

Someone else claimed the 1.37 million was the amount of gravity he trained under.

What the fuck!?

I knew Freeza was a monster but... DAMN. I will only believe that once I see the movie or read the summary of it.

That's not actually impressive when you really think about it.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.

Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

I really can't see how it's not.

But I really doubt it, just because the highest we've seen was 300x. 1.37M is a huge jump, I'm fairly certain it's just his PL.

Freeza has always been portrayed as a character who, theorically, can survive anything; A destruction of a planet, breathe in vacuum space. He holding himself with that gravity is not really impressive, as already said.

A human being with a power level of 5 is just fine in regular gravity. Freeza's battle power was already x24,000,000 higher than a regular human's. It's also only 137,000,000 pounds/68,500 tons, assuming Freeza weighs 100 pounds (he's tiny, so he might weigh less). These guys can physically push back blunt beams that can destroy entire planets with kinetic energy, so again, not impressive.

Vegeta was training in 150x gravity by the Boo saga.

The proposed amount of gravity for Freeza is insane. It makes the highest gravity level shown look like child's play.

And Goku had a power 83x times that of a human and struggled in just 10x gravity even though he'd only weigh about two thirds of a ton and already lifted a car that weighed more than that and threw it when his power was only a 40th of that.

Vegeta was over 20x stronger in the Trunks saga than Goku was when he stepped on Namek and yet only trained in 3x more gravity and was said to weigh a mere 18 tons.

In the context of the show going from 300x gravity to 1.37x gravity is immense, it's that high that there's probably no chance that it would refer to the gravity.

So if Super Saiyan God Goku was a 6, Beerus was a 10 and Whis a 15 then were do you think the following would stand?

Blue Goku
Blue Vegeta
Golden Frieza
Base Goku
Base Vegeta
White Frieza
