What would make Goku cry?

What do you think would make Goku cry?
I think having Krillin, Gohan, Goten, Vegeta or Chichi die, without having the possibility to revive them with the Dragon Balls, would make him cry.

He cried when Krillin died, seeing Grandpa Gohan, and probably when Gohan (old), died. Goku hasn't cried in DBZ...I doubt anything can make him cry. Maybe Vegeta dying or Goku losing the desire to fight.

Option F: Chi-Chi cheats on him with Piccolo or Yamcha.

Witnessing both sets of Dragon Balls being destroyed and then his family being slaughtered right before him would definitely drive Goku to tears.

Depending on how dark you wanna go...

Lighter:
A 100% completion - a confirmation that there is literally no one left who could provide a challenge for him. He'd probably start to slowly crack like how I interpreted his boredom in the 08' special (where he resorts to messing with Vegeta to keep himself entertained). There'd be tears eventually.

Or if you want to get dark:
A major spinal injury like in the first battle against Vegeta. He ends up like he did in that hospital, quadriplegic, with no senzu left to heal him, that'll do it.

Why would Goku care. He might even stay in the room and train. Hell as naive as Goku is. He might see Vegeta sweat and think "Wow Vegeta and Chi Chi are really training hard. I guess that's a good method". Thus he joins in. He might even take Vegeta. "Vegeta! You got a hole too! Just like Chi Chi".

Vegeta's so awkward and tsundere around Gokû outside of the context of battle, if Gokû taking Vegeta's hand is enough to "fluster" him, he'd completely flip out over anything even accidentally intimate.

Realistically, the only thing I can see make adult Goku cry is something incredibly dark like him being permanently paralyzed from neck down, and noticing how his friends and family rarely visit him because he never took the time to see them in the past.

It would certainly teach him a lesson.

That would be insanely cruel. Most of the time in Z Goku was either dead, stuck on another planet or training in preparation to save the world. The only time he ever really thoughtlessly left his family on a whim was at the end of the series when the world was safe and all of his family were grown up and well off.
