Both. It was one of the first chapters. Its when they met Oolong. He shapeshifted as a good looking guy an Bulma was swooning an Oolong asked her bra size an she puffed her chest out an pridefully let him know.

Videl is Gohan's age. #18 is visibly older than Gohan (and implied to be an adult, even if a young one) during the Cell Games. That picture is a further seven years later. She's definitely older than Videl.

Personally I find all of the ladies in dragon ball to be very attractive each in their own way. But surely I'm not alone in if anything actually preferring the smaller to normal sized ones? Like just a solid hand full size i think is plenty adequate. One of my first crushes as a boy was actually on Videl. Still love her. Shes pretty, strong but not bitchy. Shes not the loner type, she has little issue admitting loving behavior an shes certainly neither the damsel in distress by any means either. Shes comfortable in who she is and she confidently does her thing. I could be wrong but I'm pretty sure its fairly safe to say shes the most psychologically healthy of them all.

Yeah I found Videl super pretty until she cut her hair. I mean, C cups at least but Videl and #18 look like they have A cups.

Bulma= Huge
Chi-Chi= Large
18= Decent
Videl= Flat as a board.

In all seriousness the boob size in DBZ is as constant as the feats. One minute Bulma is average size and in other parts she's huge. Same with 18 one point she's smaller the next Roshi has his entire head in her rack.

Chi-Chi is considered constant through out the series on the larger side and Videl is considered on the smaller side through out the series.
