Ya sure? Spopovich struggled to take down Videl (she even broke his neck); an Olympian athlete level fighter and Pamput was suggested to be at peak human levels. Not to mention he's capable of doing fast flurries of punches (which didn't become the norm 'till around the 22nd Budokai) and was able to destroy a big chunk of a wall (with an elbow smash); both of which were considered impressive feats at the 21st Budokai.

Well, if it means anything, he puts up one hell of fight against any of finalists, but still, in my opinion, would come short.

Good Buu has regen and his candy ray. I would say that he puts up fight and wins 7/10. Hell #17 seems stronger then his normal #17 counter part which is why Super 17 is a powerful fusion.

Pamput will have a difficult time winning this because of Spopovich's durability to injuries but a solid flying knee or a kick to the head of Spopovich should be enough to get his brains scrambled. Pamput's kicks can break a wall.

Tien. That's just two Chiaotzus fusing, power-wise. Tien and Chiaotzu gap is huuuuge. It won't be easy for Tien though but he will win.

SPC and Vegeta. They're very close in power with Gohan.

Wouldn't that just make Beerus weaker than Goku? If Beerus is a 10, 50% of that would be 5. SSJG Goku is a 6. Goku should win this.
