Man, I so want get my hands on Dragon Ball Volume “F”. I will find a way somehow.AjayLikesGaming wrote:This - http://www.kanzenshuu.com/2015/03/07/re ... -revealed/
More importantly and intriguingly, however, is a special book labeled as “Jump Comics Godliest Edition” (JC最“神”刊; janpu komikkusu sai-“shin”-kan) — a pun on “the latest volume” (最新刊; saishinkan) — and entitled Dragon Ball Volume “F” (ドラゴンボール 巻『F』; doragon bōru kan “efu”) — a pun on how the original tankōbon volumes of the series were labeled. While it should be noted that it is not advertised to contain any actual comics, this booklet is set to compile the complete script of the film, along with conceptual material and commentary on the film itself. As this booklet will touch on the plot of the film in detail, the packaging advises attendees not to open it until after seeing the film.

Really want Volume F booklet (translated). ;_;

Worded that badly. I listed two lame things: a) Gohan in general. b) Piccolo vs. Mook.Marco Polo wrote:Gohan didn't sweat against a mook, he one-shotted him like he was nothing at all.fadeddreams5 wrote:Seeing that fight in the TV spot, I can tell I will like this movie.
Goku's pose at 0:01 is so damn cool. He'd look better as a regular SSJ though; the blue is so lame. Almost as lame as modern Gohan and Piccolo sweating against a mook.
But yeah, I will probably like this movie more than BoG. lol.

I purchased a copy of Volume "F" on ebay yesterday, it cost me £30 (inc. p&p), which is a lot, but I really want it, and I'm sure it will be worth the investment.

There are sellers in Japan listing preorders of the book on places like eBay.

Did they hand out the F books during the preview screenings?

That's awesome. Great to hear some good things about this movie! Now I just have to wait until the bluray comes out in Japan for me to watchradrappy wrote:Just got back from the premiere and just wanted to drop a line and say I fucking enjoyed the hell out the film and have a good feeling most of you will too. It's 100% Toriyama goodness. The event itself was also great fun. Hearing Nozawa's kamahameha in person is an absolute memory to be treasured. I'll post some photos later.
English is not my main language. Sorry if I make a mistake.

There are currently 2 sellers, who are recieving their copies on the 19th. They must have family members who are going in number.Herms wrote:How is that possible? Hey everyone! I also just got back from the LA Premiere! It was fantastic! The movie is great, but I do have my criticisms. I think most will enjoy it especially if you really like the fighting.
The event was fun, but felt very disorganized once they opened the doors to the theater. It felt like the hosts were given no instructions and they had to improvise. Things ran a little late and they only had time for one question during the Q & A. I really wish I could have heard more from Nozawa and Yamamuro (although he did give a shout out to the entire animation crew, which was nice).
The heads of Toei animation and Shueshia were also present and spoke to the crowd out front the theater. Nothing too interesting, just the usual "Happy to be here" type of thing. Still cool though.
Funny story, I went to the bathroom and Sean Schemmel walked in after me follow by (I think) Christopher Ayres. Schemmel immediately shouted "SO WE MEET AGAIN FREEZA!" and then they both talked shop a bit. It was pretty entertaining.
Anyway, I'm sure there are people closer to Kanzenshuu that will give better, more detailed accounts than me. I'm down to answer questions, but I don't want to step on anyone else's toes. It was an amazing experience and I'm so happy I got to go! I can't wait to see the movie again!!
Oh! They also gave away "Resurrection F" posters and stickers! Free Stuff! Yay!!

They didn't. They'll be handed out during the premiere to the first 1.5 million people.Chuquita wrote:Maybe he got it from someone who saw the preview screenings last week?

If it was handed out, Julian would have worked on a translated summary by now

Question question!!
That scene in Toyotaro's manga where magenta ssjg Gokû is seen as a special effect kind of thing behind Gokû when he's flying at Whis--is that manga-only or does magenta ssjg Gokû appear in the movie?

Yamamuro and Morishita were there? That's interesting. I wish someone had told us before hand so we could try to get someone to interview them.

No magenta ssjg Goku at all. The movie is pretty unapologetic in assuming you've seen Battle of Gods and doesn't retread many of it's story points. Not visually, at least.Chuquita wrote:Question question!!

I also have a question!
Does Beerus hanging on the tree with his tail is in the movie or it was just a manga thing only?
