Shishami pawns them. Abo and Kado individually couldn't beat the post-ROSAT base kids. From what I saw in the ads, Shishami beat up Piccolo. Going by BoG, the base Saiyans can't beat Frieza. Piccolo is far more powerful than Frieza.
