Maybe. Since playing as him via PC mod

He has quotes with characters in PQ's, says something when he is at half health(similar to those warning quotes that your team mates will give you when you are losing in PQ's). Makes a statement when he is revived by a partner.

Has quotes with a decent amount of characters(Goku, GT goku, Kid Trunks, Regular Trunks, The Shenrons, Beerus+Whis, Mira, All versions of Buu, Piccolo, as well as Buu Saga Gohan)

But his combos seem incomplete.



EDIT: Forgot to mention. He also has a folder with his hair, face, and other stuff.

That would fit right along with what Sergio said about Towa. That she was previous playable via modding, but her combos weren't fully complete until the DLC patch. So I'm hoping Demigra is in Pack 3 with Golden Freeza, Jaco and whatever other alternate costumed character we should be getting.

Man a DLC pack of Jaco, Gold Frieza, Demigra, and SSGSSJ Goku/Vegeta would be awesome. Seems like a lot, so I don't know how likely it is, but man it'd be great.

I wonder if both Demigra forms would be playable?

Sounds like it could be a Resurrection F quote if it isn't just based around one of the original SS forms (I haven't really had time to play with the original characters yet).

I would imagine if we're getting more F material though, there could be some Freeza related things in there? Or maybe they're saving them for the patch? I dunno.

I decided to upload special quotes where a character turns SSJ1/SSJ2/SSJ3. As in, some of the dialogue only occurs when a character is in or starts off in the later forms.
