I think his question is what if Goku and Vegetto had the same battle power, who would win. Given that Vegetto combines both Goku and Vegeta refined skills and minimizes their weakness, I think Vegetto wins in all scenarios. Gogeta, though, might be someone entirely different.

If power levels are the same and there is no fusion time limit then it's hard to say since they are almost the same character. If it's Movie 12 Gogeta then Gogeta could win given how he takes his fights more seriously compare to Vegito.

Since Vegito has an overall better skillset than either Goku or Vegeta, then Vegito wins due to skill since their power levels are equal. Base Vegito alone should be able to handle both SSJ3 Goku and SSJ2 Vegeta.

You get it :)

I actually think that by combining the two sayians you eliminate some of their unique tactics by minimizing their flaws. An under the belt tactic by Vegeta or an unorthodox tactic by Goku are "canceled out" by the fusion.

GT Pan at her peak is above Buu saga Super Vegetto, so either way she beats them easily. Although BoGT Pan would lose to BoGT Trunks and Goten.

Gogeta. Even though "Potara fusion has a better effect" (considering guidebook information) than Metamoru, the amount of "better effect" is not enough to surpass a level higher than yours.
