Character that you'd like to see more of

I kind of feel that besides Goku and Vegeta, none of the characters really get to shine that much as was the case with the conclusion of the Buu saga and then GT. So what character besides Goku and Vegeta would you like to see get some type of starring role in maybe a film or other piece of media such as a video game like Trunks did in Xenoverse?

For me it was Gohan with Android 18 coming in a close second. I felt that his character was really misused after the Cell saga and didn't have much going for him apart from being the hero until his father and Vegeta came to do the real work. Android 18 is second because, from what I know, she's the strongest female character and has a backstory, that of a runaway who was forcibly made into an android, that I feel should be built upon or explored in some way.

17 and 18 for sure. It would be really nice to see 16 again too, perhaps rebuilding the world alongside Future Trunks in his timeline.

Actually Dragon Ball GT would give us Adult Gotenks, but thank goodness Dragon Ball Heroes corrected GT's mistake.

We were supposed to see Teen Gotenks in Movie 15... Hope someone or something corrects Toriyama's mistake.

- Pikkon - Best filler character ever. Maybe one day Piccolo will just get randomly replaced, and nobody will acknowledge it, like Vivian Banks from the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.

- SSJ2 Kid Gohan - He should travel to the future and do to modern Gohan what he did to the Cell Jrs, and just take over his spot as a full-fledged fighter.

- Broly - I feel he doesn't appear in enough DBZ-related stuff and should become the Legendary Super Saiyan Devil Super Saiyan.

Piccolo is by far the most overlooked character by Toriyama so hopefully he'll get to star in a future movie but based on how he's been written I doubt it.

Agreed! I know I make it sound like the end of the world, but it annoys me so much the way Piccolo is sidelined into not fighting anymore. It's hard to believe that he's supposedly Toriyama's favourite.

And when he was fighting he never got to do anything memorable.

Saiyan saga : He couldn't do anything against Readitz&Nappa with the latter killing him.
Freeza saga : Came back to life with a massive power up only to get beaten up be Freeza.
Cell saga : Both Gero&Cell ran away before he could do anything then he got a power up that put him above Ssj only to be equaled by #17 then nearly killed by Cell

What's harder to believe is Vegeta who he said he didn't like that much got and is getting what you'd think Piccolo would get due to him stating that he's his 2nd favorite character after Goku.

I disagree, when I was younger Piccolo's moments didn't really stand out to me but now they're some of my favourite moments in the series. It's the little things like when Piccolo decides that he's not gonna stand around and watch idly as Gohan struggles against Cell's Kamahameha wave and flies over to attack him. I miss the Piccolo that put his on the body on the line, even when he was outmatched just because he's a great fighter with a lot of skill.

Sure it is nice to see him fighting in RoF, but what's the point when the opponents are so weak with the exception of Shishami who I'm still not really satisfied with.

Mr. Boo and Mr. Satan together. They've hardly been set dressing in the new material, except for Boo's brief role in triggering the conflict in Battle of Gods. But, like, god damn, give me a special about them or something.

More Pilaf gang, always. I'm quite happy with the screentime they've been getting.

More 18. Criminally underused.

It's also a bit of a bummer to think that with all this new fun stuff, we'll likely never see the GT original characters again. By which I mean really just Giru.
