But like Zarbon and Dodoria (whose the former was stronger), one of them could be slightly stronger as well. I don't think we will ever know that, though. But who knows?

Good point.

But man, where the human cast when the Saiyans and Aliens were getting hax power ups in GT? It would have made my day to see Yamcha pop out of nowhere and then stomp Eis Shenron with his Wolf Fang Fist while singing "Cat Loves Food". Now that would have been awesome.

Pan's Kamehameha was the main strike, Goku's Kamehameha was just a catalyst for finish off Liu.

The Wind Shadow Dragon was pretty damn weak since Goku mention that the attack didn't hurt him and he has been much worst. Liu Xing Long is likely below SSj3 level in her Dragon form.

I just noticed you specifically mentioned it was Buu saga Mira going up again SSJ3 Vegeta. In that case, Mira stomps Vegeta.
