If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
Let say Goku was able to convince Chi Chi into not pursuing him as a love interest. Who do you think he would of ended up with ?

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
Bulma expressed vague interest at the end of Dragon Ball, and mused about her missed opportunity on Namek.
I could picture them together, and in fact, I think they would have made a more interesting couple.

They all die against the Saiyans. The End.
If not, the androids would certainly do the job.

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
Gokû'd end up alone. He'd probably continue living on his own, occasionally going to hang out at Kame House, but it's difficult to picture him falling in love with anyone. The thrill of fighting strong opponents is his love. :3
On hiatus.
Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
Bulma's shown a strong interest in him in the past.
Although that would of put a huge strain on his friendship with Yamcha, and as clueless as Goku is I doubt he'd of done such a thing.
Launch: Bad side had a thing for Tien and was too nasty to be Goku's wife, good side is probably compatible with Goku on a sheer nativity and sweetness level and she's a great cook, but she doesn't have any interest in fighting.
18: Goku would be happy to have a great sparring partner, but I feel her sharp wit would go straight over his head, and he's too much of a dunderhead for her to be into.
Videl: Huge age difference, otherwise seemingly possibly compatible?
and we've already exhausted the female characters in Dragonball that Goku has met.
Chi-Chi was pretty much perfect for him; A martial arts student who happened to be extremely talented at cooking and pure enough to ride Nimbus. I doubt there's anyone else in the series that's as compatible with him as she is.

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
I understand that this is supposed to be who would he end up with after the 23rd Budokai, but I think that Suno would've been a great wife for Goku. The only problem is that her parents probably wouldn't let her run off with some boy they just met, even if he did just save them from the Red Ribbon. But, I could see Goku visiting Jingle Village every now and then to catch up with her and Ha-chan. I also think that she'd easily be able to ride the kinto'un. However, Goku isn't the type of guy that would stop by and visit friends for the sake of visiting friends. Suno is a very loving and caring person and would probably be a better mother than Chichi, in my opinion. I think she'd be able to take things like, Goku always running off, a lot easier, as well. Although, that would upset pretty much any endearing spouse, to some extent.

Practically all of the cast would die when the Saiyans invaded if Gohan isn't born.

He wouldn't get married with Bulma but you can bet that Bulma WOULD fuck him. Gohan would definitely still be born, even though Goku and Bulma wouldn't be in an official relationship.

Everyone dies without Gohan. Every few characters would make a impact without everyone dieing.

I honestly half-excepted comments saying Goku would somehow fall for Bulma and the turns of events would be for the better without much basis. The Chi-Chi downplaying is ridiculous... it's even extended to her abilities as a fighter (it was acceptable till that point).

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
I've said it before, but I feel like Bulma and Goku's friendship could've made a great anchor to revolve the series around. They're incredibly different from each other, yet they share an uncanny bond. It would've made for great drama to explore what it's like to be on either of their sides of the fence in the face of ultimate catastrophe.

Goku knows about the porns, gets too aroused and goes on a bitch-spree and makes hundreds of half-saiyan kids.
Raditz goes to earth, his scouter reveals hundreds of saiyans alive and goes wtf.
In the mean time Goku has been training with some of his kids because the mothers didn't want them. He now has an army of awesome little saiyans and is also stronger. Raditz gets his ass destroyed by them. Vegeta and Nappa don't know about Dragon Balls, so they come after 3 years to look for Raditz...

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
I'm a fan of both the Goku x Bulma and Goku x Suno theories. Bulma is probably the more likely one, but having just watched the Muscle Tower portion of the series again the other day, I can definitely see some hinting on the part of Suno...at least in the filler.

Re: If Goku didn't marry Chi Chi
Yeah, given that point in the series, Bulma would definitely go after Goku right away. I'm sure she would have found a way to convince him (food maybe? lol).
On the topic of half-saiyans I don't think Bulma would have a baby on purpose at this time. She would take her precautions because I'm sure she would feel she's not ready for a kid yet. If anything happens, it would be an accident. In that case, given Goku is not being "tied down" to stay close to Bulma, he might have left before she finds out she was pregnant and Goku would not be aware he has a child for a while. The first thing that I would assume is that Bulma would raise the baby herself but... there is a chance that she actually cares enough about Goku to attempt to contact him back and let him know. This is not the same Bulma who had Trunks and didn't care where Vegeta was... she is comparatively waaaay more fond of Goku at this point (even Future!Bulma idolized him quite a lot after all those years). I suspect Bulma could convince Goku to visit as often as possible with the promise of feeding him... (Dragon Ball, solving plot points with food since 1984).
On the other hand, I love Goku/Suno. I think Suno would have been a wonderful choice for a bride for Goku. She seemed much more grounded than Chi-Chi and still lovable and caring. She wouldn't have a deluded expectation of marriage with him and I can see her agreeing to . The only problem is I don't see how Goku would have ended up with her at Jingle Village after the last tournament (and after Bulma had her way with him
).
Still....I like this pairing so much that I actually married them on my Tomodachi Life game. They now have 3 children: 2 boys with black spiky hair, and a girl that takes after her mother.

You have a Goku in that game? Don't happen to have a QR code for him do you? Well, he's as much Goku as I could make him. I'll try to upload the code later. I have been neglecting my 3DS lately.

Well,I'm guessing bulma would hit it off with him then.
I'm sure everything would be fine, since instead of gohan being lectured to study and so on,with bulma he'd most likely be free to train with goku all the time.
