Getting back to the topic, I always thought that teen Trunks was the most handsome looking of the Z characters. His face and persona were equal parts hardened and boyish. As for cute, that title should definitely go to kid Goku. Its the chubby cheeks that stood out the most in that department.

Future Trunks is most bishounen, but Gokû is the cutest, imo. He's also the one getting a sexy song made about him, so... X3

Gine (Goku's mother) is the cutest female 100% pure blood Saiyan. If it were up to anyone that had Saiyan blood, it would be Pan. For the men, I would say Goten in the not 100% pure blood Saiyan category.
