I've always preferred the Dragon Ball Z logo with the shading and it definitely improves the Super logo.

So how many hours away are we from the trailer airing? Nearly 6pm UK time, so I imagine it will be after midnight?

Dragon Ball Kai will start in just about 7 hours, so the preview will air sometime after that.

It's funny how they think this, when in reality they never do become the next generation of warriors at the EOZ. Quotes like this would be meaningful if EOZ didn't already predetermine everyone's future.

It's just an in-universe answer. The characters don't know Goten and Trunks don't amount to much at this point, so it's an okay answer for the time frame. Anyway Super might give them a chance to shine.

I never said that was an error, it's not. What's funny is they never amount to anything in the end, so their reasoning turned out to not pay off later. Anyways that is still unlikely. The only way they have a chance for anything special, is if they somehow reach god level. Considering the last movie probably kept them out cause there was probably no interest in writing for them, it's unlikely.

When episodes start to air, subtitled versions by fans could be mistaken more than usually since there's no well-known source material for the plot this time.

So before you jump to conclusion as to what you saw in subtitles of the last episode, saying how outrageous that new piece of info is, I would suggest that you wait for the new info to be translated by one of the trustworthy translators here, who will be able to clearly explain what was said and why it is more likely to be interpreted this way rather than that way.

More than ever, everything you'll read is to be questionned until it is confirmed once and for all by someone understanding the language for sure.

That's because it's not a logo, it's stylized text used in a promotional advert in Weekly Shōnen Jump over a week ago, before anyone had officially unveiled the logo.

In France, it will be the middle of the night!! That's... inconvenient when you'd like to be able to see it as soon as possible.

Well, you're in-between Pacific and Central time zones, so you'll be at 6pm.

Normally I'd agree with you. The time differences line up pretty favorably most of the time in the US. Unfortunately today though, I'll be heading out to watch Jurassic World and likely won't be making it back before it airs due to how far away the theater is. So someone better snag the trailer for Youtube. =P

Yeah they probably won't get there time to shine, but with Toriyama saying what he did about Goten and Trunks not being in F, maybe he has an idea to make them important again. It will only make sense post EOZ of course.
