Shisami trained, that's the only explanation that can fit.
Of course, the original 100% Freeza is insanely weak in this movie. Freeza thinks that a power level of 1.3 million would let him curb-stomp the guy who one-shotted him last time they fought.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.
It was actually Beerus disguised as Zarbon #StayWoke
Herms wrote:The fact that the ridiculous power inflation is presented so earnestly makes me just roll my eyes and snicker. Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

Sorbet was surprised that Gohan could transform, it's different. And he was freaking out because the best of the army was defeated.

I speculated over in the in-universe RoF thread, that the inconsistency might be because of Toriyama getting a bit too inspired by the title song and thinking that full power Freeza is at 530,000, instead of going back to check himself.
Sounds like something Toriyama would do :P

That was Freeza and why would Sorbet freak out by a Zarbon level guy getting beat by a Super Saiyan when he knows a Super Saiyan killed Freeza?

Until proven otherwise I'm going with the idea that Shisami trained.

Sorbet didn't know anyone besides Goku and Mirai Trunks could transform. Sorbet has in mind that Shisame is the best warrior his army has to offer, so the fact that he was defeated has nothing to do with the person who did it.

I personally have Bardock, Gine, Vegeta, Raditz and Jaco higher but your levels are good too.

Nice job.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

BEcause Nam wasn't so out of Ranfan's league that he didn't take some damage from her attacks.

He says that he surpassed him as a kid, but not that he'd already done so before King Vegeta died with the others. Vegeta was only 5/8 years old when that happened. Still plenty of "kid" years left.

Ranfan was playing games with his mind.

I'm just so curious as to why Piccolo didn't feel the need to send Gotenks into the RoSaT until Super Buu was formed if Gotenks' max power wasn't even half of Fat Buu's :/

Or as to why Goku said 3 times SS Gotenks would beat Fat Buu if Gotenks was actually one-shot material :/

Wait, I think I get it now. Goku actually wanted everyone on Earth to die! That dumb namekian Piccolo just had to send Gotenks into the RoSaT and ruin Goku's fun. Darn!

This is a very clear confirmation for me.
In order to defeat Majin Buu, who boasted absolute strength, Goku taught Fusion to Goten and Trunks as a last resort, and thus Gotenks was born. After several failures, they finally succeeded in merging together. The two entered the Room of Spirit and Time, and hurriedly trained as Gotenks. As a result, Gotenks leveled up so much that his strength surpassed Vegeta and the others. However, they were taken in by Buu, who had powered up by absorbing the good portion of himself.
