Of course I can. Animation has merely changed to a digital format, but it's still fundamentally done in the same fashion. Sure, it's going to look a bit better but my comparison is valid. The characters look super off model between those awful DBZ episodes. A huge difference in quality drawing from one episode to the next. The type of animation they do here doesn't utilize many things to make it vastly advanced compared to the 90s. But the general quality of the drawings themselves seems to have been better in the 90s.
